Alternative School and Fast Track Dress Code:
Boys and Girls:
* Pants (Girls and Boys)
1. Khaki pants only (skirts optional for girls, must be below the knee)
* Shirts (Girls and Boys)
Alternative:
1. Navy Blue Polo or Polo-type shirt only (Long or short sleeve). Shirt must be one solid color (Navy Blue).
2. A plain white long sleeve shirt may be worn under the polo.
Fast Track:
1. Red Polo or polo-type shirt (Long or short sleeve), Shirt must be one solid color (Red).
2. A plain white or red long sleeve shirt may be worn under the polo.
*Belts ( Boys and Girls)
1. Plain Black
2. Plain Brown
* Purses/Handbags (Girls Only)
1. Plain Brown or Plain Black only(No other colors are acceptable).
Backpacks/Bookbags
No Backpacks are allowed
* Jackets/Coats (Boys and Girls)
1. Plain Black
2. Plain Brown
3. Plain Navy Blue
*** All Coats will remain on the coat racks located in the hall. No coats/
jackets/sweaters will be worn in the building.
*Shoes ( Boys and Girls)
1. Only a plain, white tennis shoe can be worn.
No other shoe is authorized.
* Jewelry (Boys and Girls)
1. Only a watch is allowed
*What is not allowed
1. Pull-over fleece type jackets or sweaters
2. Pull-over sweaters of any type
3. Denim material type clothing or blue jeans
4. Necklaces, bracelts, earrings
5. Tennis shoes with velcro straps
6. Jogging suits/sweat suits/wind suits
7. Shirts worn on the wrong side.
8.Jackets/Coats with any type of design, stripe, writings, pattern, etc. are not allowed.
9.Tight/form fitting clothing
10.Capris, skorts, shorts, or ankle pants
11. Ankle bracelts
12.Sandals, flip flops, clogs, or stilettos (shoes with high heel)
13. No T-shirts allowed. Must be a polo or polo-type shirt only
14. Absolutely no sagging pants.
15. No headscarves
16. No hairbrushes, picks, or other items used for grooming.
*How should the Uniform be worn?
1. Navy blue polo or polo-type shirt worn with khake pants/skirts (girls only)
2. Shirt must be tucked completely into the pants with a brown or black belt.
Belts must be worn at all times for both girls and boys.
3. As an undershirt only, students may wear a white Tee shirt only. No other colors are acceptable.
4. Absolutely no sagging pants
5 .Clean and neat.
* Note to parents
This dress code will be strictly enforced. When students are in violation of the dress code, corporal punishment or a suspension will be administered. You will be called to bring appropriate attire to school. If a student repeatedly violates the dress code, discicpline will be enforced to include a 3-5 day suspension from school.
