Mr. Albert Levy- 2011-2012 Velma Jackson Band Director
Mr. Levy graduated from Jackson State Univesity. He was a member of Jackson State Sonic Boom of the South. Mr. Levy came to Velma Jackson High School in August of 2011 as the new Band Director. 

 
The 2011-2012 Velma Jackson Marching Band has 34 members and 6 Blue Diamond Dance members.

WJMI VS. VELMA JACKSON MARCHING BAND BASKETBALL GAME FUNDRAISER WILL BE HELD ON OCTOBER 22, 2011 @ 4:00PM. Please come out and support our Band.
