    Parents have the opportunity to view their student's school attendance and grades by signing up for "Active Parent".  Registration forms are available by clicking here or in the counselor's office.   There is no need to reapply if you have previously signed up for Active Parent.

    Reporting Lost or Stolen Laptops
     
    Students will be allowed to keep their MacBook Air laptops during the summer.  Please be aware that we will not be providing technical assistance during this time.  If your laptop is lost or stolen, you will need to contact the police immediately and fill out the Theft Form to report it to school administration.   Parent/guardian will be responsible for full replacement cost of laptop if not reported to MCS personnel within calendar 3 days of missing the device.

  • SPECIAL AFFIDAVIT VERIFICATION OF RESIDENCY

    The Madison County School District now requires that the parent/legal guardian of a student residing in a home not owned or rented in the name of the parent/legal guardian (ENROLLMENT BY SPECIAL AFFIDAVIT) must provide proof of residency at the District Central Office before the student may be enrolled.  Both the parent/ legal guardian of the student and the owner/leaseholder of the property must meet with District personnel at the District Central Office beginning this year and every year forward.

    In an effort to improve our online payment program, Madison County Schools Child
    Nutrition Department utilizes My School Bucks for online meal payments. 
     
     
     apps New - Free & Reduced Application ONLINE!
    Parents now have the option to complete and submit our free and reduced meal
    application electronically through the internet.
